Part I: Proposal Sheet (assigned in session two) •Create a short proposal for joint project •Examples: -The same but different Students examine a common experience and how it manifests itself differently in both countries, i.e. Popular Music, Video Games, Marriage, Sports, etc. -A shared history An aspect of both countries that is shared by both countries i.e. People who had a significant impact on both countries -Perspectives on environmental policy -Comparison of trade agreement between countries -Alternative projects? (require permission from instructors) Part II: Joint Project •Work together in teams assigned at the beginning of each new cycle •10 minute multimedia presentation •presentation format: posted on blackboard and presented in small groups
